Aligned Awakening was born out of Ali’s desire to help more people on their self-discovery & self-healing journeys. She had been doing 1:1 coaching for 6 years and wanted to find a way to create products that could help people experience the same transformations as her 1:1 clients.
She wanted to create a simple way to make reflection, self-discovery, self-healing, and living intentionally more easily accessible. Aligned Awakening was founded in 2018 with the launch of the 90 Day Mindset Journal & Letting Go Meditation Series. Since then, we have added other products, workshops, and experiences to help you prioritize healing, introspection, and intention daily.

About Our Founder: Ali is an intuitive healing guide and author who specializes in helping women reclaim their lives and heal their relationship with themselves and their bodies. She has been doing this work since 2010 after studying to become a therapist and realizing, that system was not aligned with her beliefs about healing and human potential. Instead, she believes in taking a holistic mind-body approach.
She is also a yoga, meditation & breathwork teacher and energy healer. She has spent the last 13 years studying these practices daily and has been teaching for 10. She has had the privilege of working with students of all ages and abilities from all over the world.
Her teaching style centers around the power of linking movement and breath, cultivating the mind-body connection, and using the practice on the mat to gain a deeper awareness of ourselves, our minds, and our patterns to apply to our daily lives for the evolution of our souls.
It is her hope that by sharing her story, experiences, and knowledge that she has gained over the past 20 years that she can help you to believe in yourself, your ability to heal, and your ability to create a life of joy, meaning, purpose, and fulfillment.
