This 11 minute meditation was created to help you cultivate love and gratitude for your body. It is great for anyone who is wanting to shift away from seeing their body as an object and is looking to work on healing their relationship with their body. It is also beneficial for anyone who is struggling with body image issues they are wanting to overcome.
Ali has drawn on her own experiences with severe body image issues, her own healing journey, and work with clients in order to create this meditation.
